Payment is charged directly to your credit card when your account becomes low.

UK Standing Order

Payment is charged directly as a fixed amount each month

German Direct Debit

Payment is charged directly to your bank account as and when your account becomes low

UK Cheque

You can pay by cheque, when the account becomes low you will be prompted by our system and then further payment can be made

PayPal

Please make payment to our paypal account, DigitTelecom

Bank / Payment Transfer

You can make a payment or transfer money into this account.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

An initial pre-payment is made, this amount is entered in our system and your account becomes active, as your credit becomes low (£10) approximately you will hear a message indicating your account requires topping up, this top up can be done

*Automatically (from held payment details) or

**Manually (on receipt of payment.)

If the account reaches zero it will stop until re-charged.

(*) This method is the most flexible and requires no further administration from you, payments will be taken automatically when your account balance becomes low.

(**) This method allows you to have a tighter control on your own spending, topping up the account only as and when you wish too. Please note: (the account is automatically suspended at zero until payment is received).

Cancellation of Account. If you wish to cancel at any time, you may use up the balance in your account to zero, or have the remaining balance refunded.
